Who is Nadiyah?

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Nadiyah has a BS in Finance and Economics from West Chester University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Her extensive professional experience, enriched by living and working in 5 countries and visiting over 20, has profoundly shaped her worldview.

Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the President of a multi-billion dollar business and a leader in strategic programs, Nadiyah brings over 25 years of diverse experience across various industries and business operations. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PROSCI practitioner, she has a strong track record as a Global Transformation Leader.

Nadiyah lives by the mottos “Go Hard or Go Home” and “The Sky is not the Limit; your mind is.” She passionately advocates for diversity, authenticity, and agile leadership, continually striving to ignite meaningful dialogues in these areas.
